We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. SERIKA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging to protect your privacy.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
