Shipping policy

Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed by [9:00 PM EST], Monday through Friday. In rare cases — such as unusually high order volume, inventory restocking, or warehouse closures — fulfillment may take up to 7 business days after an order is received.

You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation with a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. Please note that UPS Ground does not deliver to P.O. boxes, so please provide a physical street address if you select this shipping method.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email at the time your order ships. Please note that tracking information may not begin updating until the package reaches the carrier's processing center, so there may be a short delay before movement appears.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Risk of loss and title to your order pass to you once we transfer the package to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please make sure your delivery address has a secure point of delivery. If you have any questions about a shipment, contact us at info@serika.us.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters to us. All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside. 

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to order from SERIKA. We will never knowingly ship an order to anyone under 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
