We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. SERIKA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging to protect your privacy.

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us at info@serika.us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and work with you to find a resolution.
